The Annual Torchbearers Award Gala celebrates the accomplishments of African American Women in our community. The 2018 theme is “Pearls of New Orleans: Past, Present and Future”.

The award recipients  are:

• Tonia Moore,  Director of the Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco Free Living

• Patricia G. Wright, M.D.,   Community Health Activist
